Whether you spent the day being active or relaxing with a good book, at night snuggle up and stretch out your legs in the luxurious King size bed.

Good to know

This one bedroom chalet is small but airy and bright. The open concept main floor includes a kitchen with fridge, stove and ample pots, pans and utensils for you to cook delicious meals which you can enjoy at our antique wooden table with a view of the forest. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, wood-burning stove, smart TV and speakers as well as a karaoke set-up fo those who love to sing! The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and heated floors. Up the stairs you will find a king-size bed where you can fall asleep and wake up with a beautiful view. There is a deck in front which catches the afternoon and evening sun, and a large deck which encompasses a hot tub and cold plunge pool. The Neighborhood: The cabin is nestled in a hilly forest on a quiet street that terminates at the banks of lac Bernard. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood with several farms. Boreal Farm is just down the road and on weekends you can visit and sample local goods, attend workshops and events or even pet baby goats! There are a couple restaurants close by in Brennan's Hill, as well as many amazing restaurants and shops in Wakefield which is just 15 min south. For skiiers, the cabin is situated 20 min from Vorlage, 25 min from Edelweiss, 30 min from Mont-Ste Marie and Mont-Cascades and 40 min from Camp Fortune. There are also excellent cross-country skiing and snowshoe trails all over the Gatinuea park, but locals love to ski around lac Bernard when the lake is frozen. For spa enthusiasts we are 20 min from the Wakefield Mill, 30 min from Amerispa, 35 min from Le Nordik and 45 min from Koena spa.

Other Details to Note

Other Things to Note: The driveway is quite steep and in winter time it can be challenging to get to the top level without 4 wheel drive. There are lower levels where you can park but we highly recommend a vehicle with 4 wheel drive in winter months.
